Medical disclaimer
Last updated October 20, 2026
Rootly, by Roots Harmony Wellness, is a wellness companion. It helps you notice patterns between your daily habits and how you feel. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Patterns, not proof
The scores and insights in Rootly are simple, rule-based summaries of what you log. When Rootly says something is “associated with” a change in how you feel, that is a pattern in your own data — not evidence that one thing causes another.
Not medical advice
- Nothing in Rootly replaces advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional.
- Talk to a professional before changing your diet, fasting, medication, or exercise — especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.
- Fasting is not right for everyone. Stop and seek advice if you feel unwell.
In an emergency
If you have severe or worsening symptoms, or think you may be having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department right away.
